Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

- Playing games or placing bets through fraudulent or illegal means
- Placing automated bets using software or bots
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account

- Harassing or intimidating other users or staff
459 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts and pursue legal action in response to any violation of the above rules.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 459 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits must be made via approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the platform.
Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Requests will not be processed without verified identity.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
459 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: violation of these terms, suspicious transactions, provision of false information, or identification of an underage user.
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be reviewed and settled accordingly. Bonus balances are non-refundable.
Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers on 459 come with their own terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiry periods, and usage limits.
